NSW Government was upgrading Old Windsor Road, Bella Vista to ease congestion, improve traffic flow and reduce travel times on major Sydney Roads.
This project involved widening Old Windsor Road from two to three continuous lanes in each direction to ease congestion for motorists, extending the right turn lanes from Old Windsor Road onto Seven Hills Road to improve southbound traffic flow and provided off road ramps and designated crossings for cyclists, improving safety for all road users.
