The Mona Vale Road East upgrade project is complete. It upgraded 3.2 kilometers of the road from Manor Road, Ingleside to Foley Street, Mona Vale, from two to four lanes to improve traffic flow and safety. Key features included additional climbing and descending lanes, widened shoulders, median separation, and a new signalized intersection at Ponderosa Parade. The project also included the construction of Greater Sydney’s first fauna bridge.
