Managing Director/Owner
John Culleton
John is a hands on, results - driven leader known for his extensive knowledge across excavations, earthworks and plant hire. John sets a high standard for all projects he is involved in, through his unwavering dedication, discipline and reliability in not only his work, but now also the work of his employees. He takes great pride in his company and consistently goes above and beyond for all aspects of his work life.
Business Manager
Grace Fuentes
Grace is a key asset to JC Excavations, overseeing the business, managing payroll, and ensuring the company’s financial obligations are met. With exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge across all areas of the business, Grace’s skills are truly invaluable. Her organisation, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining high standards have been vital in driving the company’s success and upholding its integrity.
Plant Manager
Ricardo Salvaggio
Ricardo oversees all aspects of the company's plant and machinery, playing a key role in both operations and strategic decision making. As Plant Manager he works closely with our operations and allocations teams, ensuirng machines are correctly allocated, accurately priced and projects run smoothly. Ricardo endeavours to maintain quality work, hence why he is hands-on from managing projects to fleet planning. His ability to work proactively and his incredible attention to detail makes him an invaluable resource to the company.
Operations Manager
Shannon De Silva
Shannon's key position in coordinating all our operators and plant on our projects day to day, plays a vital role in keeping JC Excavations running smooth and efficient. His excellent communication skills, people management and strategic planning is an invaluable asset to our team, making him a crucial part of JC Excavation's success.
Service/ Workshop Manager
Shane Noonan
Shane’s primary responsibility is to oversee the reliability, operational quality, and maintenance of our entire fleet. He ensures that every piece of equipment meets the highest standards of efficiency, dependability, and safety before being assigned to a client. Additionally, Shane fosters a collaborative and goal-oriented environment within the workshop, providing clear guidance and procedures to ensure smooth operations. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication are reflected in JC Excavations’ reputation for delivering top-quality equipment that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.
Allocations
Alanna Allen
Alanna oversees all outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every transaction. She manages our operator's daily dockets to verify correct working hours and guarantees that each invoice contains all necessary information. With her strong communication skills and commitment to excellence, Alanna works closely with our accounts team to ensure invoicing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Acounts Payable/Admin
Kaycee Culleton
Kaycee’s role is to ensure that all invoices from suppliers and subcontractors are entered accurately and promptly. Kaycee also oversees the company’s expenditures, meticulously allocating costs to ensure all expenses are properly accounted for. In addition to her core responsibilities, Kaycee handles various administrative tasks, including managing fleet registration and insurance, as well as supporting other backend operations. Her dedication and enthusiasm are evident in her commitment to delivering high-quality work, all while pursuing her university studies to expand her knowledge of the business.
